1 CSC Inventory Management System Inventory System is used for recording, maintenance and control of inventory.

2 IBM Content Management Successful completion of IBM Content Management v8.3 using DB2 v8.2 and currently in the pilot testing phase at BAHL Kharadar Branch. 1 Installing, configuring and managing Library Server and Resource Manager 2 Integration with Al Habib System 3 Currently providing archiving solutions for Account Opening to create a paperless environment. Plan to implement for Credit Cards Division and for L/C.

4 Return Mail Management System A system for the management of letters returned from the account introducers and customer. Letters are dispatched to new customers that open an account and to the introducer of the new account holder. The system keeps a track of the letters returned and helps in identifying the causes of the return.

5 BAHL Administration System This system caters to the needs of the admin function of the Administrative Department of Bank AL Habib. This system supports various sub departments and functions.

Projects Implemented 6 CSC (Centralized Service Center) Asset Management System Asset Management System is used for recording of new assets, allocation, expiry, disposal and asset maintenance.

7 CSC Administration System Administration System has been developed to cater to the needs of the admin function of the CSC Department.

8 CBD Helpdesk A system developed to resolve Consumer related issues at Bank Al Habib. The system covers resolution of problems related to ATM?s, Credit Cards (soft launch), Internet Banking, Call Center and Other General Banking Issues. The system ensures auto priority and auto problem escalation if not resolved.

9 CSC Tracking System A centralized Account Opening and Trade Services complaint logging and reporting system designed to facilitate centralization of the account opening and trade services process. Features include: Integration with Crystal Reports v8.0 Audit Function Knowledge Base Incident Management Reporting Dynamic setup functionality provided to user for management Capability of determining CSC staff members turnaround time Capability of logging chain calls using Parent-Child relationship

10 IT Help Desk A system developed to resolve IT related issues at Bank Al Habib. The system covers resolution of problems related to Networks, Hardware, Software, Notes, Bank Al Habib System and ATM. It contains similar features of CSC Tracking System.

11 Change Control Management Developed a workflow application for change management of all applications in use at Bank Al Habib.

12 eProject Management System This system is used to track activities performed by developers on daily basis. It provides management with a calenderic view to determine employee performance at a glance.
