I Need fully student database control system

From start

1. When student come to us for asking that he want to enrol in our college. we will enrol him in database and when

finish there should be letter generated of 'enrolment letter' for local student if overseas student enrol with us

the acceptance letter should be generated along with thre letter 'acceptance letter', accomodation letter, recepit

of payment. and the letter report should be saved in database that we issued him this letter at this date and this time.

2. student fees payment plan, there should be two type of plan one installment plan second fully paid

if student paying in installment, database should calculate with the fees if the fees is e.g 6000 and student is

paying 1000 deposit and rest of he is doing installment database should calculte on time period how much

installment will be per month, if the student does not pay on the time the database should ADD the fine fees in

total amount and send the msg through email, sms & post to the student. and the student fees chart should be

generated every month who paid fees and who didn't paid.

3. attendance

student should attend the classes, they will come to reception and sign on paper sheet the end of the day out staff

will put in the database that this student had attended the classs. and that attended should go with that student

profile and went just one student profile we search it can show us that he had 68% attendece,

if the student is not attending the class the database should generate the attandnce report for student which are

regular with good percentage mark and for iregular student with bad percentage attance mark.

5. some time student request us for letter, like TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, PROGRESS REPORT LETTER, WIFE INVITATION

LETER, EXEMPTION LETTER ETC. like this type of letter templete should be in database just when one student come

e.g. he give us request for he need TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN letter, wee will find him in database with his ID number

and click of this letter for print just...... and the letter should be saved in datbase history that we have

giving him this letter in this date this time every thing log

6. refund cases, if student come to us he need refund he will bring all his dococmnet to us we will scan his

document and need to keep in his profile so that option should be there, and when admin staff complete his work it

goes to final department they can just log on in his profile and check all the document are complete which we

requrired for refund if it is complete then the database will click and say on refund button eligible to refund

approved by director, and his profile closed in main sheet and goes in refund session

and this database should be used by atleast by 3 user at a time
