ABOUT ME:

My career started with a 4-year degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Esmod Fashion School. After graduation I began an international design career working in Germany and the United States. I have held design posts in children, juniors, women and men. My experiences range from mass market to high end products.

I have designed entire collection from concept to production including original artwork, shopped nationally and internationally for trend, silhouette and color and prepared trend presentations. I have worked in Product Development and Technical Design developing technical packages, creating specs, conducting fittings and working closely with Factories and Agents overseas. A great majority of my positions have required me to manage small teams of Artist, Associate Designer, Freelancer and Interns.

In addition to design work I have done Brand imaging and development including logos, websites, catalogs, hang tags, labels, etc.

I am equally comfortable sketching by hand or by computer. I am fluent in Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, Excel, and many Web based Product development Programs such as PLM and Wal Mart Retail link.

I have been fortunate enough to work with companies such as Ralph Lauren, Little Me, J.Crew, Oshkosh B?Gosh, Company Kids, and several smaller family owned fashion firms.
