Previous Job Description & Responsibilities:

a) BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) : 1 year Sr. Executive for an outbound International Call centre dealing in Internet payday loan collections. b) Exports & Marketing : 4 years

Attending overseas Customer calls, Supervision in Packing and Dispatch of consignments, Documentation including Excise and Customs inputs, Insurance, On-line Computer related activities, Generating and delivering MIS Reports, Co-ordination with Shipping agents regarding scheduled departure of consignments, Co-ordination and Follow- up with Banks with respect to payments of LC and general bills, Day to Day interaction with overseas Customers pertaining to submission of Offers, Sales contracts, Follow-up of Export Documents and Payments, Co-ordination Customer?s requirements / problems with various sections , Public Liaison work, Generating and checking various daily/monthly reports.

c) Purchase : 3 years

Purchase of materials which includes all activities from enquiry, comparison, negotiation, follow-up up to procurement of raw materials and all day to day routine activities like insurance, filing, correspondence, Audit related jobs, clearance of bills for payment etc. MIS Reports, Inventory Control, Documentation for Imports etc.

e) Stores : 3 years

Daily activity of Receipts and Issuing materials , Data entry of these receipts and issues thereby maintaining stock levels and Inventory control, Periodical Stock taking, Dealing with agents and transporters ensuring competitive freight and other incidental charges, Issuing ?Material Identification Codes? for incoming materials and maintaining them in proper location, Co-ordination with the Purchase section on daily basis in respect to stock levels of stored materials and insurance related jobs, Gate-Passes for Vendors and Contractors, Housekeeping, maintaining various computerized records and other Store related activities:

f) Administration : 4 years

Handling EPBAX board, self correspondence, fax, E-mail, Photocopy, Scanning related jobs, supervisory and other day to day administrative work.

11 Other Relevant Information: - Expertise in Administrative work ( M.S. Word, Excel, Web Research, Internet, Web Research, Project Analyst, Telecommuting, etc) - Positive Approach with high level of initiative.. - Studied throughout in English medium thereby having good fluency in Spoken and Written English - Ability and desire to work independently and supervisory skills. - Experience of working in a fully computerized company in LAN environment with sound exposure in IT areas of E- mail, fax, scan, operating systems etc. - Excellent health with pleasing personality. Possessing Yellow Belt in Karate.
