Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, my tasks were customer-oriented. The major one was providing inbound support by phone to Vodafone postpaid and prepaid customers both in English and Romanian. Support requires knowledge of all products and services , as well as troubleshooting. As a plus, I handled both residential and corporate customers and as Hungarian is my mother-tongue I was also part of a special languages department and provided support in Hungarian.
