I have over 10 years experience in Macrobiotic and Vegan meal prep and lifestyle. I also do medicinal cooking and prep for those with food allergies. I trained on an organic farm with graduates from the Kushi Institute and several other wellness practitioners. I also received training in France. I ran my own seasonal macrobiotic/vegan catering service on the west coast for over 3 years. I prefer to prepare meals in the clients' kitchen to make my knowledge and skill available to them. I prefer that the client has gas range instead of electric as natural gas has been shown to be healthier especially for those with illnesses or allergies. Cooking classes for groups of 6 are also available. My schedule is flexible. I am in the San Fernando Valley. Pricing is based on the type of cooking needed(gourmet, medicinal, or special needs)
