Interviewing clients to obtain case history and background information Maintaining records of the clients? progress at different immigration stages Informing clients about their developments and handing out their requirements by the Canadian High Commission Reviewing and arranging all the relevant documents in order Helping clients to take up different courses to qualify under certain categories Managing the Case Processing Department with different types of cases, keeping the deadlines in mind Meeting with clients to assess their progress, giving support and discussing any difficulties or problems Participating in the selection and qualification of clients to appropriate programs Preparing submission letters for different types of cases like Skilled Worker, Family Class, H&C, PR Card, Citizenship, Work permit/Student Permit, Visitor Visa etc. Assisting clients in locating and utilizing community resources including medical, financial assistance, housing, employment, transportation, assistance with moves, day care and other referral services ADMINISTRATION
